I spent six years in the hotel industry, where daily interactions with people from diverse backgrounds helped me develop a strong sense of empathy and a deep understanding of user needs.
In 2021, I discovered UX, which led me to explore web development and design. I later worked as a Systems Administrator in a software company in Christchurch, New Zealand, while also taking on freelance and volunteer web projects to build hands-on experience.
I am currently based in Brisbane, Australia, working as an SEO specialist with a strong focus on web performance & crawlability and content searchability.
